How can I return the product I purchased?

You can return the product you purchased within 14 business days following receipt, by filling out the return form included in the invoice, with free shipping.

The product/products you want to return must be unused, their packaging must be undamaged, their resaleability must be intact, and they must be returned with all accessories and original box, if any. Products that are used, have damaged packaging, have lost their salability, or are not sent with all accessories and original box will not be accepted as returns and the shipping fee will not be covered by elisafashionwoman.com.

Refund of the product price is made after checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions and your refund will be provided within 10 business days at the latest.
